SERVICE USER AGREEMENT

This Service User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (referred to herein as "User," "you," or "your") and (Owner, Coastal Research Institute) (referred to herein as "Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the this pain-related educational platform CRI Empower You 2023 Patient Conference (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Platform.

Purpose of the Platform: The Platform is a pain-related educational conference intended solely for educational purposes. The information provided on the Platform is not intended to be used as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content available on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not replace or substitute professional medical advice.

Not a Substitute for Medical Advice:

The content on the Platform, including but not limited to articles, videos, infographics, and any other educational material, is not meant to be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship:

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that no doctor-patient relationship is established between you and the Company or any of its representatives. The Platform does not provide personalized medical advice, and any information provided should not be interpreted as such.

Reliance on Information:

Any reliance you place on the content available on the Platform is solely at your own risk. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any violation of this Agreement.

Modification of Agreement:

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
